Do we always need the Selective Service Document?

Hi All , 

 

Do we always need the Selective Service proof Document for the interview even if I never lived or even visited the US before my 30s birthday?

It would be the US or one of its territories not just mainland USA

and it is age 26 that ends this registration

 

Residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and Northern Mariana Islands are US citizens. No you don't need anything from SSS as it is clear from your visa that you entered after your 30th birthday.
