Hi,

Your profile shows that you have filed in the F2a category.  That category has been current for 15 months, so your PD is already current and it's not going to be current in September.

What's your PD?  Has USCIS approved the I-130?i

I was f2a category but because of aging out in 2018 my category turns into f2b

My pd is 11 april 2016.

Yes uscis approved my i-130 and sent to nvc for processig. But in 4 april 2018 nvc sent me a letter saying that my f2a pettion turns into f2b and i have to wait till my pd becomes current.

Your PD will be current in Table B which means that the NVC MAY start further processing.  May is not the same as will.  It may take a few months for them to send the fee letter to your petitioner.

As an FYI we discovered my old (presumed closed ) F3 case was still active last month when petitioner received the letter in the “current for filing” month, so on a data point of one (but a very recent one) it’s very possible it does happen in September.
