Anyone traveled from Toronto Pearson during Pandemic?

My fiancé and I are in the middle of our K1 visa (case has been at Nvc since April). He’s finally coming to see me after we last saw each other in March and we’re so excited. We’re so scared though that he’s gonna get turned down at the border because of our pending case and coronavirus. He’s visited in March for one week with no problems Other than a few more questions from CBP than usual but this time he’s  Visiting for three weeks. How has everyone’s experience been lately?

Will they ask when he’s returning back to Canada or when he flies to the US? He has a plan to quarantine

There is no federal US quarantine rule. Thus, it varies by state. Where do you live in the US?

He will be asked for sure when entering Canada.  CBSA will tell him how to report any symptoms, where he will stay on his own for the first 14 days, how to reach him, etc.

Depends on the state. For sure when he gets back to Canada. 
I flew Toronto - Houston and I had no issues. I was asked to show my return flight, why I’m visiting ...that’s it.
