I am now applying for a returning resident Visa.

I just want to know if Once I applied for the Visa Am I going to lose my green card???

Or the Visa is fine?

Anyone in my similar situation? How long does it take for the visa to be issued?

thank you!

I would just fly back and see what happens.

Hi Ros88,

What happened to your "returning resident visa" (SB1). Did you finally get it? I need to apply for mother for same reason. So, please update your status with detail process. Thanks.

I have never asked for one, I just got back home before a year.
