Hi all,

My wife has injured her back first in Feb then again this week.  She has a herniated lumbar disk and nerve compression.  She spent 30 days bedridden in Feb.

What documentation do I need and how do I go about requesting an expedite.  I have the x-rays taken in Feb and have told her to request the medical records from both hospital visits.

Thanks for your help and advice,

You can call them to expedite. Also, most approvals are decided upon any hardship the petitioner faces and not the beneficiary so it may not be approved due to this.
