I just wanted to add a few things to my review. My wife took a LOT of paperwork to the interview with her. There were only a few things that the interviewer was really interested in seeing.
1. LINE history, Showed chat conversations and number and length of video calls. This showed that we talk about 2 hours a day.
2. Bank statements showing that I have been supporting my wife financially since April 2019
3. Printouts of Facebook posts and pictures that I have posted including wedding and several from the Honeymoon trip (G-Rated)
These all show a bonafide relationship.
Just a few things to consider as you prep for your interview. |

Timeline Comments: 4Quick clarification, She had a previous marriage to a thai man, they had a traditional thai wedding only, no civil wedding. She was asked about this in her interview and responded that it was a traditional only marriage. No divorce needed.

Pas on 2021-05-13 said:Hi, may i ask what they need for the RFE? We sent out our I-130 couple days ago.
I'm sorry for putting dates in the RFE section. We never got an RFE. They accepted our initial submission with no further evidence requested. I uploaded 10 or so pictures of the wedding with 200 + attendees, receipts of money I sent for her support, LINE conversation logs, and scans of airline tickets and entry visas. The things the interviewer wanted to see were a printout of my facebook story with lots of pictures. Her bank statements showing support and again the LINE conversation logs. All of these are good evidence of a bonafide relationship.
Hope this helps,
Dave
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
