I went this morning and as we already knew the ASC was completely empty . 2 Employees where on duty ; one at the entrance and one inside, they both where just chilling around ! . I tried talking to them , they said if u don't have the appointment yet there is nothing they can do , and gave me bright and exciting idea to call USCIS!

Our immigration attorney suggested we could try visiting the ASC office, but I don’t have high hopes, and as you just said, it’s completely empty but nothing is getting done. We called USCIS, and the agent we spoke with since I explained my husband’s situation (within 2 weeks of being outside normal processing time for 1-765, and our ASC has been open well over 90 days) she said she could submit a service request since our ASC has been open over 90 days and we haven’t received biometrics yet. So she submitted a service request for us this morning, but again they say to wait 30 days for a response....by that point our attorney will be submitting a case inquiry because it will be past the receipt date.

Hopefully they take some action .

I have this many of them opened .

1) SR for receipt not received for the BIOMETRICS as the Officer told to open this kind of request as its more then 90 days of ASC.

2)SR for case outside normal processing for I-131(Not response yet been almost a month ).

3) SR from local congressman (They got the reply that ASC are slow and stuff so wait more )

4) SR from governor staff person (No response from USCIS  yet)

Any update from you? Nothing in our end...right now processing receipt date for case inquiry for EAD is May 16 so we are close to being able to appeal on outside processing times if it doesn’t change again (a few weeks ago it jumped back in time when the estimated wait time was extended)

 E-request for outside normal processing times doesn't help if you don't have the BIO. I have done that and got same response.

I saw someone on Reddit had their Ohio Oath Ceremony cancelled this week because of Covid - probably not a good sign for us.

I don't think that is related to ASC

sure. i bet uscis is cancelling oath ceremonies on one hand and ramping up ASC appointments on the other. good call.

Dude, don't be a rude🤨 here. On the other hand someone also informed me that a couple got GC approved in Cincinnati this week. ASC here is already operating on a single employee cant be worse and slower then that.Trying to be positive!!!

JackP my husband received his biometrics appointment letter!! Did you get yours?
