I-130 expedite request response what does it mean for my case

I have requested in June 2020 for USCIS to expedite my I-130 cade for my minor child. I was asked to send supporting documentation on why I should get expedited. I sent that and here is there response 

Your petition will be adjudicated shortly, in the order in which it was received. You should receive a notice of action* within 180 days.

*A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice , Request for Evidence, or Notice of Intent to Deny.

 

So does that mean my case will be processed in 6 months  is my expedite request accepted but now it takes at least 6 months

Is your child F2A category (you are posting in the permanent resident forum)? If so note visa issuance in this category is banned until at least January next year under the presidential proclamations of April and June.

Yes its a permanent resident.  F2A category.

@Somcan can you share what category of expedite you requested (financial loss, humanitarian etc), which service center is assigned, and what evidence you sent for consideration?

 

I too requested expedite for an F2A I-130 petition we filed in August on severe financial loss due to unsuitable living conditions for minor child (17 years old), no adult presence being an endangerment and cost to upkeep two residences and was denied by Vermont service center
