Take your foreign drivers license, entry documents (I-94 and passport with visa), and the notice of action you will receive by mail from the EAD and AOS filings. That was all my wife had to show them for a Florida identification. They may require you to take a test for the Florida Drivers license.

Good luck.

There was a pretty big thread about this a couple of weeks ago. Here's the LINK

All the documents Paul mentioned you need, as well as your SSN, marriage cert if you changed your name and your foreign license- I needed all of these so that's why I'm including them. You may or may not need to show them.

Hey, yea, I started a thread about that.

You can get your DL (valid for one year) with your NOA from the AOS.

It doesn't matter that the I-94 is expired. Good luck.
