Public Charge ruling...do we still need healthcare?

2 Judges struck down Trumps public charge ruling. They said you cant ask immigrants those questions during a pandemic. It applies nationwide.

I was planning on getting some kind of health coverage before the interview for my wife and sons but Now I'm wondering if it's ok to wait until they get here. If I do need to get something for them before the interview any suggestions?

Healthcare was never a requirement (yet).  They ask about it but it was never required.

 

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.
