City of birth

Hi! I have already submitted the DS260s, but there is one last thing I have a little worry about. 

It is in regards of the City of Birth of my wife. She is Hungarian and apparently they list the number of the district in their documentation in the place of birth section both in the passport and birth certificate. She was born in a hospital in the 8th district, so it says Place of birth: Budapest 08 
On the DS260 we listed City of birth as Budapest only without the number 08. Could this be an issue?

I called KCC, but they were not able to give a definite answer either.

I honestly don't see it being an issue. form asked for City of birth, and you provided it, I don't think because they have district numbers in Hungry that it will matter. It was a US form, and you supplied the right answer. IF you were at the Hungarian embassy, maybe it would matter, but I'm sure your good.
