Filed: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Country: Brazil

I live in Brazil and my husband lives in the USA, we still live apart.
I learned that as proof of relationship I should send a copy of my tourist visa, copy of the entry stamp when I went to the United States and my I-94, but my passport is not with me today, my husband had to send it to the IRS to get my ITIN and put me in his income tax. However, I have pictures of my tourist visa and entry stamp, they are not as perfect as a scanner, but they are legible, do these photos serve as proof or i need to wait to get my passport and make a scanner copy of my tourist visa?

PS: the IRS has had my passport for more than 120 days, due to the coronavirus they are experiencing delays and it will probably be a long time before my passport is delivered, I did not want to take so long to apply for a wife visa. I already have all other proofs of relationships ready (letters, proof of money transfers, tickets, photos, timeline of our relationship...), the forms are also ready, and I already have a copy of my scanned passport, the only one the only thing missing is the copy of the tourist visa and the copy of the entry stamp I received from the POE.

That will work.   I usually photo my new stamps when I get to the hotel just in case my passport goes "missing".
