I am feeling very frustrated because my questions either get shot down or a person. Will respond in a rude manner i know everyone is in this but why are you going to yell at someone for asking a question I have feared to ask anything because I don't want to get bitched at. So my question is my estimated time of adjudication has passed by and I still haven't heard anything, should I call usic or just wait?

You will need to go off of USCIS estimates of 5-7 months. I believe you can contact them at the 7th month mark.

Not sure where you're getting your info from, but a quick glance at USCIS.gov's processing times shows that the date for inquiry for I-129Fs is December 08, 2019, which is before you filed.  Calling USCIS while you're still within normal processing time is wasting everyone's time.

If you're going by VJ's estimated times, those are not 'official' by any means.

Even pre-COVID this process was not fast.
