We got a mail from NVC a month ago that our case got approved.

However, when I'm tying  to see the status of our case in the CEACS website, it says the case still at NVC, why is that? ( please see the attached picture )

Please fill out your timeline and profile. What visa are you applying for?

For IV the case remains at NVC until NVC has scheduled an appointment for interview for you. Since most embassies have not resumed interview scheduling, it can take a while until it’s your turn.

Only after your interview has been scheduled, your case will get sent to the embassy.
