Wouldn't most current be 2018? Since they are not due until July 15th this year, and may possible be pushed back again for the deadline

@Carin BuladoAlso the Philippines is not letting anyone that isn't a government official or a OFW and or a resident into the country also all the ones I just listed also have to do 14 day quarantine  once they enter manila and also 14 day quarantine if they travel to any other part of the Philippines they have set strict rules for traveling to a different island and they are possibly going to roll back the quarantine again 

Spouses, children and step children can enter Philippines if you arrive in country with a Philippines Citizen
