What are the documents I need to bring to the interview from the NVC stage and the stage of filing for the I-130? Pls let me know and thanks so much. There is so much conflicting information that I don't quite understand.

you will need the original 2 police reports (with English translations),  IRS transcripts for the most recent year for the USC income ( if interview is prior to July 15th 2018 tax returns and if after that date 2019 is needed), medical exam (unless the dr sends directly to the embassy as sometimes they do) , 2 passport photos and any other papers that you are required to provide/  you will get a list of what they already have and what they now need .

in morocco they often ask for an original with English translation of the birth and marriage certificates.   But they can ask for anything

Take some wedding photos (no one will look at them but they will tell you later to send them)
