Hello

Just curious what types of crimes related to alcohol / controlled substances would result in an I129F petition being denied.

I have an underage drinking charge from 10 years ago, possession of marijuana from 8 years ago, and another possession of marijuana from 5 years ago. Would this be a problem if all offenses were non-violent?

Yes, we received the NOA2 in June and the interview was at the end of last month (August) in Warsaw, Poland. The K1 visa was approved and we're together in America today. :)
