Why aren't the messages loading?

Im using chrome and some times the messages load and 90% it doesn't load with javascript error. Is there any way to work around this? Jesus I just want to read the damn message.  I also tried on edge, ie, firefox all same. (removed)

Hello, I am having the same problem. I got the first time a message yesterday and I have not been able to read the contents of the message as it does not load. I  have tried different browsers and computers but the message does not load. What to do in this case? Help!!

Boss I tried for 6 hrs today. Different browers and couldn't get one brower to tell me the message. This is embarrassing.

Good luck, You wont get anywhere. It's a javascript error that they can't figure out.

OMG so then what should we do if it is a java script error. I will call this Friday and at least complain of this issue. I will report if I found out more. Thank you

I usually reload and try again for the millionth time and get lucky. Pretty sad.

After few tires i get logged out... I give up for the day.

This is the first time I got a message ever. Does this happen every time you get a message? Your advice is just to keep trying and refreshing? Thank you

I had that problem before too so I installed Mozilla firefox on my phone and so far I have no more problem.

These are the messages I got when I opened it.

I tried firefox on mobile and it didn't work. I clicked on Ask NVC form and it doesn't load for me. I need to know why my document got rejected and if I need to get a new one or what I need to do.
