Has anyone else had this experience? Our case history says "Case Was Approved - we approved your form I-130 ... we will mail your approval notice..." and the very next day "Case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction - ... we transferred your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative to another USCIS office...." Have we been approved or not? Is the second message a mistake and it was actually sent to NVC? Or does it get sent back to our original USCIS service center (we were transferred) before getting sent to NVC? If you've had this experience, please share what happened! Thanks!

That is unusual.  I would wait for thr NOA2 that should be coming.  The petitioner could call and speak to a tier 2 as well.
