Does anybody know how to contact the IRS? I tried calling their phone #, but no luck. I'm not sure when they'll be back to take phone calls.

This page says they are not currently providing telephone assistance.

I'm trying to apply for my sons Social Security. Does anyone know if I can still get the Stimulus check next year?

 

Also, does anyone know if I can mail my son's SSN application to the United States so it can get processed. They don't do SSN anymore in Korea. In the website, they said apply in Manila, but I heard it can take up to 6 months before they can finish it.

You can claim it on the 2020 tax return. This answer I gave might help you. It’s not exact answer tailored to you but I think you will understand the concept of how it works. Your son will need a SSN before filing deadline of April 15, 2021.
