Hey guys,

I have filed three I-130 petitions for my spouse and two children. I received NOA-1 from Texas center with same PD. Later on, they have transferred my daughter petition to California and my spouse and son petition to Vermont center. Today my 10 years old son case has been approved. My spouse and daughter cases are still under processing.

Kindly advise me best way to move forward in this situation.

Is there anything I can do at USCIS in order to get my other cases approval based on this?

Thanks

Well in this sort of situation they usually catch up at the Consulate, presumably you are focused on them interviewing together.

Thanks for sharing your opinion.

Yes. I am focused on interviewing together. It is kind of funny they have approved my son first not my spouse. Still i am happy that i have got a little breather in this hard journey.

Should i just wait for other cases to be approved?
