Police Certificate while abroad

Posting here hoping there are some former Canadians who can help.  We just got NOA2, a few months earlier than expected!  Unfortunately, that means we're scrambling a bit to get stuff ready for the NVC.

My wife went to university in BC, but now lives in Singapore.  I know we need an RCMP fingerprint certificate showing she has no criminal record, but no idea about how to go about getting that while in Singapore (much less with a pandemic happening).  Does anyone have experience ordering one from outside Canada?

I flew to Toronto and did mine at the comissionaires. I know there are some 3rd parties where you can have your finger prints taken and they will digitize them. Fingerprints will be required for the Canadian PCC

Not sure if your question got answered. I did get my Canadian Police Certificate while living in HK. I got it through a RCMP accredited agency in Toronto, but I had to bring the form to Police Dept in HK to get my fingerprints (they're the only official institution in HK to get fingerprints), and send it to the agency.

The first time I got it, I didn't specify the exact category, and the Police Cert was rejected by NVC (I got a RFE). Hence I had to do it again and follow the exact wording of the category requested in USCIS.
