So my fiancé had his visa interview on April 13th 2020. They requested evidence and we sent it to them a few days after. They put us on AP. We kept contacting them and they kept saying the case is under AP. On January 2020 I decided to contact my senator for help. She contacted the embassy’s on February and they told her that they didn’t receive any thing from us and haven’t been in contact with us since the interview date which is lies. So sent the documents over to the embassy and she forward them. The embassy told her that they are monitoring the case and if they need anything else they would email my fiancé. Told I wake up and check on ceac and it says expired and that the visa is canceled! I’m so upset right now. Can someone please help me I feel like the embassy is playing games with us

I think you meant April 2019.  As to the consulate messed up thing, I think we need more information.  First of all, what consulate?  Does the consulate still have your fiances passport?  The message really doesn’t make sense, does it say the application was “refused”?  If so, that seems to be the new message when an application is in administrative processing.

Good Luck!

Yes sorry I meant 2019. It’s the KSA consult, no they don’t have his passport, they sent it back after the interview. It went from refused to expired. My thing is how when we already provided them with what they asked for

I cannot completely judge, since I don’t know what was all asked for.  Since this was a K1, it sounds like it will be sent back to USCIS to expire.  All you can do is contact your senator again and see if they can get anymore details.

Looks like it already expired at the consulate......there seems to have been multiple issues.  I suggest the OP refile with meticulous care........
