N-400 File Online, can't upload Required Evidence

Hi,

 

I am currently trying to file N-400 online. However, when I reach to the step where I have to upload the Required Evidence, there is no place for me to upload! Only I can upload documents under the tab for Additional Evidence.

 

Does anybody has similar experience? I am not sure how can I solve this, because I am sure I shouldn't submit my form without Required Evidence

  • 10/03/2020 : Biometrics waived. Fingerprints from previous petition are applied

And this is how the page looks like under Addtional Evidence Tab:

 

So I suppose, for the Required Evidence, normally there should be also this box available to upload my documents? 

 

I searched through the forum and I don't see anybody mentionning this problem. So I am not sure what is happening here (I have even tried using diferent browsers)

The website is super wonky. Apparently it works best with Internet Explorer. If the Required Evidence part doesn't let you upload, just upload everything to Additional Evidence. This happened to us. Hopefully it won't be a big deal, just as long as it's all there and uploaded somewhere.
