As title states, isit possible to use websites such as selflend / moneylion and secured credit cards whilst i'm waiting for my AOS marriage interview? Get the ball rolling on building up a credit file and not waste time on it?

To note; ive received my SSN & EAD.

Start by getting added as an authorized user on one your spouse's credit card.

Ive done that before i had a SSN, problem is she has student loans on her credit file, would that affect my credit score as id be linked with her?

No, you score and history will be negatively affected only if she has the huge loan/balance or missed payments on the credit card you are added to as the authorized user.
