NOA notices

I'm new to this whole immigration visa thing so if anybody can tell me how or where I can check or receive my NOA notices I would appreciate it please.  I mailed my K1 visa packet 4 weeks ago and I still haven't received an NOA1.  The only thing I received so far was a text message stating that my package was received. And I saw they cashed my check.

When was the text message? Typically the paper form arrives in about a week or 2 after that, if the mailing address is in the US.

You have received the two items that we use to determine if you file is at USCIS. With the pandemic, things are a little slower then normal. NOA1's usually are sent 2-4 weeks and you say you are at 4 weeks now. So, I would imagine that your NOA1 is delayed but should be in your hands shortly. One of the early take always about the timeline of these process is Patience. The more you have the better off you'll be. Good luck and be safe out there.
