Priority date is not current but I got letter to submit docs F4 visa?

Hi

 

I know immigration for F4 siblings take 10-15 years .

But we got the letter to submit documents , portal is open to log in. However the fields are frozen with message your priority is not current and when visa is available you can submit documents?

We will submit docs once option is available.

 

Usually portal opens when your priority is current. Our priority per calculations is 10 years behind .

We filed 2015 its only 5 years how did we get to log into portal?

 

Is this a mistake?

Sounds like a mistake, I would forget about it and look again in 2030.
