Adjustment of Status from Tourist Visa

I have few questions. Hopefully someone can give me answers. It is very much appreciated. Here is the situation. My mom was visiting me as a tourist in the US. I am a US citizen. I decided to file for her Green card especially with this Covid 19 shut down. My understnading is that I need to fill out I-130, I-485 and -I 864 all together.

When I was filling out I-485, I come accross this:

- Part 8, Question 61: Self-Sufficiency - Are you exempt from the public charge ground of inadmissibility?
I believe the answer to this question is "No".

1- Do I need to complete I-944 form as well?

2- If the answer is yes. Do I need to include any documents with that?

3- Is there a model sample that I can follow to fill out the form./

Correct. All family-based immigrants are not.

Yes. Well, she does...the I485 and I-944 are hers. The I-130 and I-864 are yours.

The I-131 + I-765 (no extra fee - no reason not to file these too) are hers.

See the instructions for what to send. Much of it will depend on her circumstances. She may not have anything to attach. She may have several items to attach.

Not on VJ (at least officially) currently. It's a very broad form...what applies to one person could be mountains different than somebody else.

For concurrent filings, this goes to the Chicago lock box (https://www.uscis.gov/i-130-addresses):

you entered the US in 2017 so you are not a USC yet and not eligible to file AOS for your mom to stay

Military? That's the only thing that comes to mind where they could qualify for naturalization so quickly.

I know you may have looked at my timeline. My wife who entered the US in 2017. She has not been a USC yet. But I am a USC. I can file for my mom.
