I am a K1 immigrant, I am currently going through my second Green Card application, which is currently being hindered by Covid.

 

At which point did you apply for Naturlization?

3 years of being physically in the USA or 3rd anniversary of receiving the green card?

Look at the resident since date on your conditional green card, add three years and subtract about 88 days (technically 90, but I agree, wait a day or two to avoid any issues especially if filing online).

You need to be able to answer yes to both questions.
