I have a felony, will my I-129f get approved?

It's nothing related to any of the crimes in questions 1 - 3 of the Criminal Information section of the I-129f, which almost seem to be auto-ban criteria. My crimes went in question 4, which I interpreted as "anything you've been arrested for that aren't any of the crimes listed above."

Basically when I was younger I was the getaway driver for a robbery, and I did some time for it. When I got out I decided to leave the past behind me, so I got a Bachelor's degree and I'm now a successful software engineer. 

Does anyone have knowledge or experience with this part of the I-129f? Any insight (good OR bad news) would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much and this seems to be an amazing community.

Are you the beneficiary? If so sounds like a CIMT and you will need a waiver.

As a petitioner should not be an issue, and that tog thingy does not work, well I have never received a notification.

You think so? Okay hopefully you're right. I plan on submitting the form after the next time I go down to Costa Rica to visit. Thank you for the help.
