hey guys , I just got an update on my case ..those who don't remember , I have my interview at Islamabad embassy on 12th December and my case was put in Administrative processing because of Joint sponsor , some pictures and Chat history which i provided by 12th Feb 2019 .

Now today when i check my status on CEAC website it says " Refused " , I got no email or anything from embassy . When i log in to CEAC website , there on the DS-260 form it says Resubmit , so I am trying to resubmit it but seems like the website is down . I don't know what it means ? can anyone help me ?

Does it means I have to go all the way back from I-130 Petition ? Do I have to pay all those fee's and Documents ?

or its just the DS-260 form I need resubmit ?

Read the full message on CEAC. It likely says that the case is still in AP. Recently the wording for AP changed to “refused” on all cases.

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

I got this ..

A U.S. consular officer has adjudicated and refused your visa application. Please follow any instructions provided by the consular officer. If you were informed by the consular officer that your case was refused for administrative processing, your case will remain refused while undergoing such processing. You will receive another adjudication once such processing is complete. Please be advised that the processing time varies and that you will be contacted if additional information is needed. For more information, please visit TRAVEL.STATE.GOV or the website for the Embassy or Consulate at which you made your visa application.

Exactly as I thought. Still in AP. But the wording has changed. You are not alone. This has happened to everyone in AP.

I already did :(

Unless the emabssy told you to do something specific, don't. Nothing you do outside of what they have specifically asked you for will help you. You can, however, hinder yourself.
