I'm so scared. I didn't mention my parking ticket

Just now I remember that I totally forgot to disclose my parking ticket (parking without permit at my school, $25 and paid) on form I-485 (approved and I've been a lawful permanent resident for a few months). 

 

Because of it, I answered "NO" to question 25, 26, 27 on that form (asking about have you ever been cited etc...)

 

Am I in big trouble now because of it?

The parking ticket itself isn't the one that makes me worried. It's the fact that we didn't disclose it at all on I-485 form and during the interview because, again, it was so small/minor that it was in the back of our minds as we applied for GC...

Only moving / traffic violations need to be disclosed. If you were not moving, or behind the wheel; these do not need to be disclosed. 

 

When in doubt about whether a violation is serious enough to mention, it's usually better to disclose it; but you no longer have that choice.

From the instructions for form I-485:

 

In general, you do not need to submit documentation relating to traffic fines and incidents that did not involve an actual physical arrest if the penalty was only a fine of less than $500 or points on your driver’s license. However, you must submit such documentation if the traffic incident resulted in criminal charges or involved alcohol, drugs, or injury to a person or property.

 

So, no need to worry or lose any sleep over a $25 parking ticket.  Parking tickets and most traffic violations with fines of less than $500 are civil offenses, not criminal in most cases as stated above.
