ASC Biometrics Letter Question

Hi All,

 

I have a question for those of you who have also received a ASC Biometrics Letter. My husband and I are in the middle of our Adjustment of Status process from K1. We received a letter from USCIS with details for a Biometrics Appointment for my husband but the letter only listed his I 765 (work authorization) even though we applied for his I 485 (adjustment of status), I 765 and I 131(travel permit) together. 

 

The appointment is for tomorrow so my husband is going to obviously go but we are just wondering if we should be expecting another Biometrics letter for his 1 485?

We had two biometric appointments, one for the i-485 then another for the i-765 but then again our entire journey has followed an unusual course!

@NJShoreMom Thanks, I think we are also having a completely different course case on our end. Did you receive two separate letters for the biometrics appointments for the I 765 and I 485?

Yes and they were only 2 weeks apart.  Decided not to argue the point and just go....and we ended up getting an RFIE anyway😟

On our notice it had both of the applications listed at the bottom, and they collected photo and fingerprints for both applications at one time. Separate barcodes for each one, but they used the same prints and photo for both, but he scanned each one separately to upload the captures.

@Loren Y Thank you, appreciate it! I guess we just have to wait and see if we get a separate letter for the I 485 😰
