There's no page quoted (referring to "this page") but this is what USCIS states regarding filing fees and payment https://www.uscis.gov/forms/paying-uscis-fees

This is what I'm referring to.

So you are planning to pay in person at a field office? Then yes, rules of that particular field office apply.

The link I posted provides guidance on payment options if you file with USCIS. The page you are referring to refers to field offices which is not where you usually file.

This is what I'm referring to.

Normally you pay fees related to the parts of K-1 process handled by USCIS at a USCIS lockbox, not a USCIS field office.
