Question about I-130

I applied online and submitted on the 31st. I got the receipt number and it says notice type email receipt that is not NOA1 right? It also shows at the bottom of the receipt Potomac Service Center. Please let me know.

That’s the NOA1 and Potomac is your service center

Potomac is according to current statistics  the “fastest”, but each case is different and some cases pass others. Depends on how the case layout is and the complexity of the specific case.

With regards to NOA 1,  they are usually pretty quick in notifying you that they’ve received it. The next step after that takes a long time. If my memory serves me right, the next step is whether they approve of or reject some or all of the documents you sent them. I petitioned for my dad and I received NOA 1 after a few days, then the documents were approved after 7 months, that’s with no RFE. Just sharing my experience, but the process could be quicker for you.
