Visa payment in taiwan help

My fiance is in Taiwan and we are getting ready for her interview. She completed the DS160 and when she tried to schedule her appointment is asks for a payment. When she selects payment it just pulls up a deposit slip with barcodes and the 136 number. Is this what she needs to print and take to the taiwan post to pay the fees?

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile.
