Timeline

I have know my wife for 10years outside usa. She comes to visit me often. We later decided to be together as couple. She filed for K1 and i was approved and entered to the usa. We started having some issues 6weeks after i came about ex who showed up drunk late in the night. To cut it short we settled within couple days. We got married and filed for AOS.  I was approved of conditonal gc after 10months. After 2months we filed same issue occured and i got pissed and wanted to leave for ma country but she apologised. She had a son whos 22. My wife told me about her son been into drugs and needed me to help so he can turn out to be clean. I agreed with all pleasure. He moved in with us with his gf and child. I started a little counseling and going out doing things with him and going to church on Sundays. Couple months i suggested to him dat i use to smoke but i stopped by reducing the quantity and numbers i smoke per day to zero day zero week and so on. Instead he told me marijuana has no nagetive effects on him and the gf. He doesn't work the gf doesnt either. To cut it short i tried for over a year and Nothin changed rather it was affecting me emotionally bcos he is abusive and also affecting my marriage. Problems came into our mariage to an extent if my wife asking locked me out several times and asked me to leave her her. My marriage is over 2yrs but my conditional gc is gona expire by sept 2020. Can i file for divorce and file to removed the condition on my gc and get approved? I am confused. Anyone has idea?

Yes. No issue to divorce and do a divorce waiver. Many people have done so successfully.

You must show that you entered into the marriage in good faith.
