You don’t seem to even know if the job is still there for you, shouldn’t that be the first thing to figure out?

Well that's the thing. I can either try to figure that one out OR I can withdraw my visa application (in that case the job part isn't even important at all)...these are the options that I have on my mind right now. but I am open for other suggestions as well

Is there something I am totally misunderstanding? Why is there an “or” between those two factors? Is there some other pertinent information not communicated that you seem to think the decision to withdraw will be independent of finding out if the job is still there? The way I see this is either you still have the offer in which case you let your sponsor know and leave the case to continue AP, or you don’t have the offer anymore in which case you withdraw.

and as boiler said, how hard can it to be figure out - you just ask them?

Yeah but as said, what if there is no job available anymore and I want the AP still to continue until it's over? I am sorry but I am just asking for help but I seem to be getting a bit of negative vibes from you coming my way susie. I hope I didn't offend you in any way in my post somewhere

No job, what is the point?

Was just planning to have them finish the AP, that was my plan actually. I just didn't want to cancel their processing in the first place, that's what bothered me the most. Just want them to take their time and finish up the processing to come to a conclusion :)

Then provide the information needed to complete the process.

Yeah that's what I was intending to do. Get in touch with the host company and have them issue an offical letter just like my legal sponsor requested.

But since Susie said that a withdrawal from the Visa process wouldn't have any negative consequences on me I started thinking about that as well..you know...that's the dilemma that I am kinda facing right now. Just wanted to hear you guys out regarding withdrawing during the visa process and if anyone has been through that?
