Question for interview please help!

We have our interview in a few days for the k1 visa in Dublin Ireland and can’t figure out what this means on the directions. 
“Receipt of the fee payment for the fiancé payment”

we have the receipt for the courier to send back to Visa and we have the receipt for paying for the appointment. But does anyone know what the receipt of the fee payment for fiancé payment is ? I attach the photo

The only thing you need to pay is the DS-160. No NVC or other fees for K1 at the pre/post interview stage you need to pay for the US gov.

 

Lets see if anybody had interview in Dublin just in case.

The visa fee is only when you scheduled the appointment, filling the DS-160 doesn't require you to pay. 

You can print out the confirmation email with your payment , but in our case they didn't ask for it.
