Thank you all  for your contribution to my recent posts, I posted 2 days back on how my CEAC case had been stuck on "application  received" after 11 business days ( 21 days in total).

Now my status has changed to "Administrative Processing" just few hours back. Is it going to change to issued from the current status?

Possibly, or it may change to something else and then "issued". "Issued" is the only status that matters. It can bounces back and forth between statuses, don't pay attention to them.

When the Embassy is ready to issue a visa, it will change to "Non-immigrant Visa Application"; at that time, you will know that you are a few days away from getting the visa. It will go from "Immigrant Visa Application" Administrative Processing to "Non-immigrant Visa Application" Administrative processing status and then your visa changes to "Ready" ==> "Administrative Processing" ==>> "Issued" status as well. These steps sometimes transpire over a day or even a few days. Some smaller Embassy's it happens within hours.

Sometimes, it might skip "Administrative Processing" and go from "Ready" to "Issued".
