Dear Sussie I would be very grateful if you help me with following:

When I was paying our immigration fees (220$ ×3) I put our A Numbers than Case Numbers, our case number on the package is 2020EU**** but on visas it has additional 01, 02, 03 at the end like this: 2020EU****01, so I put case number without 01,02,03 is that okay?

One last question just want to confirm, can a DV winner enter US first, and after a month derivatives arrive?

Yes. The principal selectee must enter with or before derivatives (a derivative cannot be first to enter) and all must enter before their visas expire. Other than that, who enters when is up to you. Good luck for the move!
