Any idea on whether the consulate is only sending out ILs to IR/CR or would they do to all waiting regardless its F21 or IR/CR

do you have any idea that wether embassy will send ILs on daily basis or thats it they have send all letters on 10th of january? can we expect to get IL on monday or this month?
