RFE after n400 interview

Hello everyone I had my citizenship interview and everything went ok I passed the civic questions,the writing and reading test but the IO said that they need more information which is the tax transcripts from the past 3 years and they can't make a decision. 

My question is how long it take to make a decision after submitting what they need?

Your profile isn't filled out, so not sure what field office you are dealing with---some are busier or more backlogged than others.

 

Legally, USCIS has 120 days to render a decision.

Naturally, you're likely to hear something before then.

Keep an eye on your online case status.

 

Did the IO mention anything about "recommending" you for approval, or mark off the respective checkbox on the N-652 form you would have received at the end of the interview?  If so---then that's generally good news.

My office is in Sioux Falls. South Dakota 

The officer didn't mention anything about recommending for the approval. 

He gave some papers showing what to send them and he said my case will be in hold until they receive what they asked for

Presumably you've sent it already to them and confirmed it was delivered.  I'd wait at least  2 weeks before inquiring with a L2 officer on the phone as to what further info they can give you.

I'm waiting for my Tax transcripts from IRS .

I tried many times and when I'm trying to put my credit card number or home loan account number it says doesn't match with information they have on system so that's why I called them to get it by mail

Try using your spouse's SS# and info (if you filed jointly), not yours.  That's how I finally got it to work for me when I had to download it (I guess because he was the USC, not me at that time).

Thank you I got them by using my wife's information
