Filing online is a pretty new procedure.  All you can do is try.  If you can't, then depending on just what is missing, you'll either get an RFE or outright denial.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Filing at USCIS?  You are the beneficiary?    Copy of your passport isn't required.   

 

As for other documents best you can do is add them when ready if that is allowed.  This online filing system is very new.
