Hello everyone,

I have USA visa interview next month. I am planning to visit my minor daughter and she is just 10 year's old. She got her Green Card in 2018 through my ex husband.

I am planning to take her to Disneyland.

Please let me know if anyone can advise what kind of interview questions they will going to ask.

I have visited Singapore, United Kingdom, France, Indonesia.

I have a stable job here and my own house here in my home Country, India.

As mentioned in previous thread, a lot of it will depend on your ties to India, and how well you show you have compelling reasons to return there after your vacation.

Typical questions are why you want to visit the US, how long you plan on staying, perhaps what your itinerary is----but focus is more why you need to return to India.

Didn’t you claim to be a USC awhile back?

You married a USC, he brought your daughter over, then you moved back to India leaving your daughter with her stepfather?

I’m sure they will have a LOT of questions for you.  Good luck.
