Hi All,

I apologize for being lazy. I'm sure this has been asked before. I'm looking for the checklist but of course this would depend on my background. I was married and then got divorced. I do have all the paperwork from my marriage. I did go the USCIS link (here). It didn't provide any detailed list for my situation, understandably.

Any consolidated list would greatly help. Not in the right shape to pay a lawyer for this.

Appreciate it folks!!

How about the list that was conveniently provided by USCIS on the same page you posted: https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/attachments.pdf?download=1

Thanks. went through it and seems like I need to throw every piece of paper that I have at them. 😅

Yeah, bring it all to the interview in case they ask. You don’t necessarily need to upload everything with the application, if you’re doing it online it will tell you what to upload.
