Hi all

When attending interview for immigration/immigration visas, do you need to provide the proof of legal residency in the UK to the interviewer or submit these kind of documentations to the Embassy after the interview? I do not see anything related on the documentation list on USCIS website but just want to double check.

Thanks a lot.

Your Passport sort of gives it away.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Thanks - I do not hold a UK passport, nor I am a permanent resident. Sorry for not clarifying in the original question. But that's also why this question was asked :)

If your petition was approved and your NVC processing was completed and you were assigned an interview in London, then they know all about you and what kind of passport you will be using. That's all the ID you need to show to get in the door.
