Visitor visa online link

I'm in the US and would like to apply for the visitor visa for my parents (I have done it successfully before but my Dad's visa had just expired). It seems the link I'm using, I have tried all browsers does not seem to be working. Is there a working link any one has recently used?

Just for clarification, you are helping your parents apply for the visitor visa, correct? Because you can't apply for them. That is not how it works. visitor visas are obtained only by the applicants themselves.

Make sure to check to see if your dad can renew his visitor visa without having another interview.

Unfortunately if he is in SA (as I presume from the profile) then he has to re-interview.

Edit: actually he may qualify for an age waiver. So yes best to check first.
