thanks so much for the quick response. I thought the k1 was non immigrant but it says i dont have a valid non immigrant number and when i try it in immigrant it works? is that right?

CEAC  https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=o/iS8zDpeAKjMWCuebHqOw==    When you see READY status means your case file is at the embassy.

 

K-1 is processed as an immigrant visa.
