Where are you having the visa packaged delivered?

MOA being the quickest is usually 2-3 days after issued status.  It can be up to 10 days for other locations

Not MOA :( Is there a way i can obtain the VISA number to book a flight? Or are there airlines that dont require it at the time of booking?

Do NOT book any flights until you have your visa in hand and verified all the info is correct.

Do you have  CFO - GCP seminar completed?

Done, just waiting for the passport to get the sticker applied. That should all be done the same day. When seeing travel plans on others timelines, im guessing now those are just potential dates for arrival.

The Certificate of Good Standing from Malaysia is the equivalent of a NB I in the Philippines.   Thankfully,  same was accepted and her visa was issued.  We will both be departing Manila and.flying.to NYC on November 24th.

Hi! Were you with her during the interview? Is the petitioner allowed to be in the country and wont create problems to the applicant? Thanks! Mom is my petitioner, a US citizen.

No issue at all.  Your mom will be allowed to accompany you to the interview  (she should carry her passport, just in case)

And don't forget CFO-PDOS after you get your passport with visa

Depends on the embassy.   USEM allows it ( and like said, she should carry her U.S. passport)

Both me and my beautiful fiance landed safely in JFK Airport on Sunday.  All is well and we are getting settled in.  Best of all with your journey...

My husband had the same situation

Oct 25 interview refused visa and issued 221g due to lack of original marriage certificate

Oct 28 Marriage certificate was received by embassy as per 2go tracking

Oct 30 case was placed under administrative processing

Nov 12 I called the embassy to have the case escalated due to no update for weeks. The updated the case but still on administrative processing the date updated was just changed

Nov 14 I called the embassy again to escalate the case and reminded them that my case was originally expedited before it was sent by NVC to US embassy. 30 mins later case was updated to Issued.

Nov 17 still waiting for 2go tracking to get updated.

True that case differs by situation, this somehow calms me down whenever I find almost the same case as mine and at least would get an idea how long. I would advise for you to call them to get an update. It doesn’t hurt if you try. Goodluck!

Hi there, my partner and I kept calling USEM for the update of our visa ( k1 and k1) as it is been AP for almost a month now.. it will be very helpful if you will share with us the number you are calling at the Embassy as the number we are calling is not the number who can expedite our visa.

Thank you for the help in advance..
